COUNTRIES WE SHIP TO
We ship worldwide. Our active stockist network currently covers 21 countries including the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Japan, UAE, Singapore, Germany, France and across the Middle East and Europe. If you are based in a market not listed here, email us before applying — we will confirm availability for your country.
3. Duties & Customs
All international wholesale orders are shipped on DAP (Delivered at Place) terms. This means:
1. Zariin is responsible for the goods until they arrive at your country's point of entry.
2. Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the buyer. These vary by country and product category.
3. DHL will contact you directly to arrange customs clearance and advise on any charges due before releasing your shipment.
|
We recommend checking your country's import duty rates for fashion jewellery (HS Code 7117) before placing your order. Our trade team can provide the commercial invoice, packing list and HS codes required for customs clearance — email wholesale@zariin.com if you need any documentation. |
4. Packaging
Every Zariin piece ships retail-ready. No additional packaging is required before putting stock on the shop floor or dispatching online orders.

5. Defects & Incorrect Items
Every order is quality-checked before dispatch. In the rare event that you receive a defective or incorrectly supplied item, here is what to do:
1. Email wholesale@zariin.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. Include your order number and clear photographs of the defective or incorrect item(s).
3. We will review and respond within one business day. Confirmed defective or mis-picked items will be replaced or credited in full — no quibble.
|
Please note: Claims submitted after 14 days of receipt cannot be accepted. We recommend inspecting your order promptly upon arrival and contacting us immediately if anything is not as expected. |
6. Returns Policy
As is standard in wholesale trade, we do not accept returns of correctly supplied stock. All sales are final once goods have been despatched in accordance with your order. The only exception is items that are defective, damaged in transit, or incorrectly dispatched — these are covered under our 14-day defect policy above.
|
Reducing slow-mover risk: We recommend building your first order around styles marked Bestseller or Trending on the site — these carry our highest global reorder rates. Our trade team is happy to advise on the best opening buy for your specific store type before you place your first order. Email wholesale@zariin.com. |
7. Lifetime Warranty — Replate & Relove
All Zariin jewellery is covered by our Replate & Relove lifetime warranty — an unconditional guarantee against tarnishing under normal wear. There is no time limit and no eligibility threshold.
|
This is your most powerful retail selling tool. When a customer asks "will it last?" — the answer is always yes. Any piece that tarnishes under normal wear is replaced or replated, handled directly between Zariin and the end customer. This eliminates the #1 objection to fashion jewellery at the till, and is the primary reason our stockists report consistently low customer return rates. |

QUALITY STANDARD
Every Zariin piece is made with 22kt gold plating on hypoallergenic, nickel-free brass. Our plating is substantially thicker than the fashion jewellery industry standard — this is why our original 2010 designs are still in active production and reordering 14+ years later. Every order is quality-checked before dispatch.
