  • Flat-rate global shipping: $25 per order.
  • Free global shipping on all orders over $150.
  • Orders are delivered in 5–7 business days, fully tracked door to door.
  • No customs, import duties or tariffs — the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
  • You'll receive an order confirmation right away, and tracking details as soon as your jewels ship.
  • Made-to-order pieces ship within 14 days — this is noted on the product page wherever it applies.

Returns

  • You have 30 days from delivery to raise a return.
  • Email us at orders@zariin.com with your order number and the reason for return — we respond within 24 hours on business days.
  • Choose a replacement or store credit that never expires.
  • Items should be unworn and in their original Zariin packaging.
  • For hygiene reasons, earrings can only be returned if unworn.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your piece arrives damaged or develops a defect, we replace it free of charge — no questions asked.
  • Email orders@zariin.com with a photo and your order number, and we'll take care of the rest.

  • Every Zariin jewel carries a lifetime warranty on its 22kt gold plating.
  • Handcrafted in Jaipur, hypoallergenic and nickel-free.
