Shipping & Returns

We have flat $20 shipping fees.
Orders are shipped within 24 hours, and can take 4-7 days in delivery, depending on customs of the importing country. 

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, the tracking information is sent to you via email.

International Shipping

  • International orders are usually delivered within 7 business days.  Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays in India are not set as business days for standard deliveries.
  • International shipments are not eligible for returns or exchange

Customs and import duties:

Duties and taxes for international orders are not included as part of product or shipping charges. You will need to pay the applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping agency (DHL, FedEx etc.) at the time of your order delivery after you receive an invoice from the shipping agent. In case of non-payment of duties and taxes to receive the shipment, Zariin Jewelry will not be able to entertain a request for refund.

Returns and Exchange

Zariin Jewelry crafts and creates products lovingly with hand and each finished jewel goes through several rounds of QC before it reaches the customer. We aim to reach the highest possible quality standards unmatched in the industry at each level of our organisation. If there’s a problem with a product that you have received, we are here to help you.

  • There will be no refunds in any case, without any exceptions.  If your request for return is approved, you will be issued a credit note that does not come with an expiration date.
  • Your product is eligible for a ONE TIME return/exchange if you have received a defective product in terms of a quality or manufacturing defect, OR if an incorrect product is mailed to you.
  • Given the nature of our products, we reserve sole discretion to provide resolution as we deem fit. Every return or exchange request is treated as an individual case.

For return/exchange:

  • If you would like to return any of the items purchased, please contact our customer service team, at orders@zariin.com within 2 days of delivery with the following information.

– Order number

– Specify the reason for return and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item

Zariin will try its best to expedite the repair/ replacement process. 

Pre-orders and Customized Orders

  • All pre-orders and customised orders will require full payment at the time of order confirmation.
  • There will be no return/exchange/replacement on pre-orders or customised orders.
